Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At NMST Tennis Retreats, we understand that plans can change. However, due to prior commitments to hotels, tours, and transportation, we have the following refund policy in place.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

2.1 Cancellation by the Participant

• More than 90 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus processing fees.

• Between 45 and 90 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund.

• Less than 45 days before the retreat start date: No refund.

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to nmstpro@gmail.com.

2.2 Cancellation by NMST Tennis Retreats

• If we cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of their payment.

• NMST Tennis Retreats is not responsible for additional costs such as flights, visas, or personal travel expenses.

3. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the retreat without prior cancellation notice are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Travel & Insurance Recommendations

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or personal circumstances preventing participation.
